Linear Technology/Analog Devices LTM4622/LTM4623超薄型降圧型DC/DC μModuleレギュレータは、最大20Vの入力電圧範囲で動作し、外部バイアス電源が備わっています。LTM4622/LTM4623は、最大5.5Vの出力電圧範囲に対応しており、単体の外部レジスタによって設定されます。2.5A/3A連続出力電流は高効率の設計によって提供されており、わずかなセラミック入力・出力コンデンサしか必要としません。供給レールシーケンシングは、セレクタブルBurst Mode®動作または非連続モードおよび出力電圧トラッキングによってサポートされています。ラインおよび負荷変更に対する超高速過渡応答によって、高スイッチング周波数および電流モード制御が実現し、安定性を損なわない動作が可能です。LTM4622/LTM4623には、入力過電圧、出力過電流、過温度保護のような障害保護が搭載されています。このμModuleレギュレータは、SnPb（BGA）またはRoHS準拠端子の仕上げでご用意があります。
Supply rail sequencing is supported by selectable Burst Mode® operation or discontinuous mode and output voltage tracking. A very fast transient response to line and load changes enable the high switching frequency and current mode control to operate without sacrificing stability. The LTM4622/LTM4623 from Analog Devices Inc. includes fault protection features like input overvoltage, output overcurrent, and overtemperature protection. The μModule regulators are available with SnPb (BGA) or RoHS compliant terminal finish.
