Analog Devices MAX1044 switched-capacitor voltage converter is a monolithic, CMOS device that inverts doubles, divides, or multiplies a positive input voltage. The converter comes in a miniature µMAX package and features 1.5V to 10.0V operating supply voltage range and 98% typical power conversion efficiency. The MAX1044CPA delivers 10mA with a 0.5V output drop. It includes a BOOST pin that increases switching frequencies.
