Coto Technology CotoMOS® CT128/CS128 High-Current MOSFET Relays
Coto Technology CotoMOS® CT128/CS128 High-Current MOSFET Relays feature a 4.5A switching capability (IL) and a low on-resistance (Ron) of 0.03Ω maximum. These SMD optically isolated solid-state relays (OISSR) are capable of switching the 4.5A IL due in part to the extremely low Ron. Because the power dissipated in its junctions is equal to IL2 x Ron, the relays can switch a noticeable amount of electrical power in a small package, even without heat-sinking. Coto Technology CotoMOS CT128/CS128 High-Current MOSFET Relays handle 40V AC and DC load conditions. The series is designed for battery management systems, electric vehicles, solar arrays, industrial automation, instrumentation controls, and data acquisition.Features
