Diodes Incorporated APX809 & APX810 Microprocessor Reset Circuits

Diodes Inc. APX809 and APX810 Microprocessor Reset Circuits provide high circuit reliability and eliminates the need for external components and adjustments when used with +5V, +3.3V, or +3.0V powered circuits. 

This Diodes Inc. device provides precision monitoring of power supplies in microprocessor and digital systems by asserting a reset signal whenever the Vcc supply voltage drops below a preset threshold and keeping it asserted for at least 240ms after Vcc has risen above the reset threshold. The APX809 and APX810 feature low supply current and are ideal for use in portable equipment.
