GHI Electronics SC-20100S-A SITCore System-on-Chip (SoC) features a Cortex-M7 480MHz core processor and secure internal memories of 2MB Flash and 1MB RAM. This SoC achieves ultimate security with an entire system running on internal memories. The SC-20100S-A SITCore SoC supports external memory and operates at an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. This chipset is available in a 14mm x 14mm 100-pin LQFP package. The SC-20100S-A SITCore SoC is ideally used for modern IoT applications.
