Innovative Sensor Technology Platinum Sensor: Inversed Wires/Metallized Back
Innovative Sensor Technology Platinum Sensor with Inversed Wires and Metallized Backside features improved accuracy and is designed for medium temperatures with an operating range of -200°C to +300°C. Additional features include long-term stability, fast response time, and low self-heating. The sensor has inverted leads and a metallized backside for increased thermal coupling. It is designed with a high-purity platinum meander structured on a ceramic substrate via the photolithography process. The resistivity is laser-trimmed and accurately adjusted to the final value. The resistive structure is covered with a glass passivation layer to protect the sensor from damage. The welded 10mm long lead wires are covered with an additional fixation layer. Innovative Sensor Technology Platinum Sensor with Inversed Wires and Metallized Backside can be easily soldered onto a metallic surface.Features
