MACOM MAAL-011141 Wideband Low Noise Amplifiers
MACOM MAAL-011141 Wideband Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) are optimized to provide low noise figure performance across the DC to 28GHz frequency range. The easy-to-use, wideband, low-noise, distributed amplifier die is available in a 5mm industry standard AQFN package for pick and place assembly, reducing the cost and complexity of the assembly process, thereby helping to accelerate time to market. These devices provide 17.5dB of linear gain, 16dBm of P1dB, and a 1.4dB noise figure at 8GHz. Input and output are fully matched to 50Ω with a typical return loss of >15dB. MACOM MAAL-011141 delivers wideband performance for various applications, including test and measurement, EW, ECM, and radar applications.Features
