MACOM MAAM-011268 Wideband Distributed Amplifier

MACOM MAAM-011268 Wideband Distributed Amplifier provides up to 14dB of linear gain for various communication applications. The MACOM MAAM-011268 is input- and output-matched to 50Ω with a typical return loss of 12dB. This device requires only positive bias voltages, includes an integrated power detector, and operates at 4V to 6V, with a bias current of 125mA to 150mA.

The MAAM-011268 is offered in a 5mm x 5mm SMT package and a 2.1mm x 1.05mm bare die, operating from 100kHz to 50GHz and 100kHz to 67.5GHz, respectively.
