MACOM MASW-011120 SPDT PIN Diode
MACOM MASW-011120 SPDT PIN Diode is a single-pole, double-throw TR (Transmit/Receive) switch for use in 0.03GHz to 6.0GHz broadband applications. It is designed for high-power handling in 5G mMIMO, Small Cell BTS, or other TDD-based communication systems. This device incorporates a PIN diode die fabricated with a low loss, high isolation switching diode process.
MACOM MASW-011120 SPDT PIN Diode is provided in an industry-standard, lead-free 5mm x 5mm HQFN package, ideal for space-constrained applications.
