Melexis MLX90381 3D Magnetic Resolvers
Melexis MLX90381 3D Magnetic Resolvers measure rotational speeds of 50’000 e-rpm (Electrical at Hall plates). The Melexis Resolvers are optimized for robust motor design and are programmable at the module level. The devices are cost-effective and ASIL-ready. The MLX90381 is a monolithic contactless sensor IC sensitive to the flux density applied to the IC in three dimensions (X, Y, Z). Two selectable axes can be mapped to the two high-speed analog outputs allowing the MLX90381 to be used for on-axis and off-axis (through-shaft) position sensing when paired with a moving permanent magnet.
