
Melexis MLX90425 Triaxis® 360° Rotary Position Sensors
Melexis MLX90425 Triaxis® 360° Rotary Automotive Position Sensors (Analog/PWM output) with stray field immunity (5mT) measure absolute position accurately and safely in harsh and noisy environments over an extended temperature range. MLX90425 components offer a programmable measurement range and support ratiometric analog and PWM output modes. The MLX90425 Sensors are available in a SOIC-8 (DC) Single Die or an SMP-3 (VE), Dual Die PCBless package with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +160°C. These magnetic position sensors are suited for demanding automotive applications and are pin-to-pin compatible with the previous generations of Triaxis® position sensor ICs.Features
