Melexis MLX90426 Triaxis® 360° Rotary Position Sensors

Melexis MLX90426 Triaxis® 360° Rotary Automotive Position Sensors with stray field immunity (5mT) measure absolute position accurately and safely in harsh and noisy environments over an extended temperature range. MLX90425 components offer a programmable measurement range and support SENT (SAE J2716 APR2016) output mode. SENT frames are encoded according to a Single Secure Sensor A.3 (H.4) or Dual Throttle Position Sensor A.1 (H.1) format. The circuit delivers enhanced serial messages providing error codes and user-defined values. The MLX90425 Sensors are available in a SOIC-8 (DC) Single Die or an SMP-3 (VE), Dual Die PCBless package with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +160°C. Applications include automotive (powertrain actuators, pedal positioning, fuel level gauges, and transmission systems) and industrial uses.
