Mini-Circuits HXG-242+ Ultra High IP3 Amplifier Modules
Mini-Circuits HXG-242+ Ultra High IP3 Amplifier Modules are advanced amplifier modules combining high dynamic range MMIC technology and optimization circuits. This provides industry-leading linearity over a focused frequency range. It's packaged in a Mini-Circuits System in Package (MSiP) module (6.4mm x 7.0mm x 2.4mm). The module uses a sealed ceramic cover and gold over Ni for excellent solderability.
