Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MID06W0503A Semi-Regulated Isolated DC-DC Converters support 4.5V to 5.5V input voltage (VIN) applications across a -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range. These devices have excellent load and line regulation and support up to 0.6W output power (POUT). Each device integrates a power MOSFET, transformer, and feedback (FB) circuit in one chip.

The MID06W0503A is a small solution that provides high reliability compared to traditional isolated power modules. Complete protection features include short-circuit protection (SCP), over-current protection (OCP), and OTP protection. The Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MID06W0503A requires a minimal number of readily available, standard external components. These devices are available in a low-profile, wide-body SOICW-16 package.
