Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ4436/4436A Switching Voltage Regulators are frequency programmable regulators with integrated internal high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. These voltage regulators feature an external soft-start, multi-phase capability, power good output, low dropout mode, and out-of-phase synchronized clock output. The MPQ4436/4436A regulators include symmetric VIN for low EMI, selectable Advanced Asynchronous Mode (AAM) or Forced Continuous Conduction Mode (FCCM), and hiccup overcurrent protection.
The MPQ4436/4436A voltage regulators operate at -40°C to 150°C junction temperature range and 3.3V to 45V supply voltage range. Thee voltage regulators function at 6A continuous output current, 1.7μA low shutdown supply current, 18μA sleep mode quiescent current, and 3.3V and 5V fixed output options. Typical applications include automotive infotainment, automotive clusters, advanced driver assistance systems, and industrial power systems.
