Murata Power Solutions MGJ6シリーズ 6W絶縁型DC/DCコンバータは、+15V、+5V、+5Vの構成可能なトリプル出力電圧コンバータです。本シリーズは、IGBT、シリコンケーブル、MOSFETを使用しているブリッジ回路のハイサイドとローサイドのゲートドライブ回路の電源として理想的です。MGJ6 DC/DCコンバータでは非対称出力電圧を選択できるため、最適な駆動レベルによって最良のシステム効率とEMIを実現できます。Murata Power Solutions MGJ6シリーズは、モータードライブやインバータに使用されているブリッジ回路の一般的な高絶縁およびdv/dt要件を満たしています。これらのシリーズは、EMCフィルタ設計を簡素化するディセーブル/周波数同期ピンを搭載しています。MGJ6保護機能には短絡回路保護と過負荷保護があります。
