Nexperia PTVS4V5D1BL TVS Diode

Nexperia PTVS4V5D1BL ultra compact Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode delivers very good clamping characteristics and a typical surge robustness of 38.3 A (8/20 µA pulse). The component takes up just 1mm x 0.6mm (DFN1006-2/SOD882 package) of PCB space with a height of 0.5mm. The ultra small and leadless surface mounted device (SMD) package is designed to protect one line against high surge currents and other transients. The PTVS4V5D1BL is ideal for applications such as battery line and audio port protection.
