Nisshinbo NJM17431 Adjustable Precision Shunt Regulator
Nisshinbo NJM17431 Adjustable Precision Shunt Regulator features an output voltage range of any value between VREF (about 2.5V) and 36V set by two resistors. The Nisshinbo NJM17431 Regulator is suitable for various applications, with an improved reference voltage accuracy and safety operating boundary area, connected through a large capacitance. The NJM17431 is available in two package options, SOT-23-5 and SOT-89-3 (UD).
