The NXP Semiconductors NVT4555 and NVT4556 SIM Card Interface Level Translators are available in a compact 1.19mm x 1.62mm x 0.56mm WLCSP12 package and are Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and free of halogen and antimony.

Host microcontroller operating voltage range:
- NVT4555: 1.1V to 3.6V
- NVT4556: 1.55V to 3.6V
Level translation of I/O, RSTn and CLKn between SIM card and host-side interface with capacitive isolation

Low current shutdown (EN = 0) mode:
- NVT4555 < 1µA
- NVT4556 < 3µA
Supports clock speed beyond 5MHz clock
Incorporates ISO-7816-3 shutdown feature for the SIM card signals
±8 kV IEC61000-4-2 ESD protected on all SIM card contact pins
Pb-free, Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant and free of halogen and antimony (Dark Green compliant)
Available in 12-pin WLCSP package
