PANJIT PSDx0860L1 Optima 600V Fast Recovery Diodes feature low forward voltage drop and optimized performance with a high +150°C junction temperature in a TO-252AA molded plastic case. The fast recovery PSDx0860L1 Optima diodes provide soft recovery characteristics for improved EMI. Applications include PFCs, UPS, PV inverters, EV charging stations, and welders.
