PANJIT PSDx0860S1 Speedy 600V Fast Recovery Diodes
PANJIT PSDx0860S1 Speedy 600V Fast Recovery Diodes feature short reverse recovery times, suppressed switching losses, and a high +150°C junction temperature in a TO-252AA molded plastic case. The fast recovery PSDx0860S1 Speedy diodes provide soft recovery characteristics for improved EMI. Applications include PFCs, UPS, PV inverters, EV charging stations, and welders.
