Skyworks Solutions Inc. RFX2401C is designed as a fully integrated, single-chip, single-die RFeIC® (RF Front-end Integrated Circuit). The RFX2401C offers all the RF functionality required for IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee, wireless sensor networks, and 2.4GHz ISM wireless systems. The RFX2401C design includes the LNA, PA, transmit and receive switching circuitry, associated matching network, and harmonic filter on a single-chip CMOS device. RFX2401C provides simple, low-voltage CMOS control logic. With its high sensitivity and efficiency, performance, low noise, and small form factor, the RFX2401C is ideal for applications with extended range and bandwidth requirements. High-power applications include smart power, home and industrial automation, and RF4CE remote control.
