Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY13698-694LF Ultra Low-Loss DPDT Switch

Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY13698-694LF Double-Pole, Double-Throw (DPDT) Switch is a 0.4GHz to 5.9GHz state-of-the-art CMOS, Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) switch. This switch provides low insertion loss, high isolation, and high-linearity performance. The SKY13698-694LF DPDT switch comes in a compact Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) 1.83mm x 1.83mm x 0.5mm package.

The Skyworks Solutions SKY13698-694LF switch features a single control voltage input CTRL1. Depending on the logic voltage level applied to this pin, the PORT1 and PORT2 pins connect to the RF port pins PORT3 or PORT4. This DPDT switch requires no external DC blocking capacitors on the RF path as long as no DC voltage is applied externally.
