Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY66318-11 High-Efficiency Power Amplifier (PA) is a fully input/output matched power amplifier with 35dB high gain. This amplifier is designed for the stringent requirements of enterprise small cell applications that operate from 3300MHz to 3600MHz wide instantaneous bandwidth. The SKY66318-11 amplifier is part of a high-efficiency (PAE = 25% @ +28dBm), pin-to-pin compatible PA family that supports all 3GPP bands. Typical applications include driver amplifiers for micro-/macro-base stations, 4G LTE/5G NR systems, enterprise small cells, and massive MIMO.
