Skyworks Solutions SKY68001-31EK1 Evaluation Board is used to evaluate the SKY68001-31 Front-End Module (FEM) performance. This FEM is a hybrid, multi-chip RF Front-End (RFFE) module that supports cellular LTE-M/NB-IoT transceiver platforms. The SKY68001-31 FEM incorporates Rx low-pass filters, broadband PA with bias controller, Tx low-pass harmonic filter, antenna switch, and MIPI RFFE controller. These components are necessary for an LTE multi-band radio that operates in low-band and mid-band frequencies. The SKY68001-31EK1 board is 4mm x 5mm x 0.9mm in dimension and operates at a supply voltage of 2.85V.
