Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY85605-11 SPDT Switch with Low-Noise Amplifier

Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY85605-11 Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) Switch with Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) is designed for wireless applications. This SPDT switch with LNA features a low noise figure and offers the ability to add custom filtering between the switch and the LNA blocks. The SKY85605-11 SPDT switch operates at 3.3V and low current. The SPDT switch with LNA also features a transmit mode in which a shutdown function saves power when the device is inactive. The SKY85605-11 SPDT switch is manufactured in a compact 2.3mm x 2.3mm, 16-pin Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package.
