TDK-Micronas HAL® 15xy Sensors
TDK-Micronas HAL® 15xy Sensors feature different Hall switches containing a temperature-compensated Hall plate with active offset compensation and comparator. These sensors are available with an open-drain or current output option. The HAL 15xy series includes a 3-wire version with a short-circuit-protected open-drain output and a 2-wire version with current output. These sensors are available in the small SOT23 package and provide low power consumption and fast response times. HAL 15xy components also offer special safety features like a power-on self-test. TDK-Micronas HAL 15xy Sensors are ideally suited for various automotive and industrial applications under harsh temperature conditions and have a wide junction temperature range of -40°C to +170°C. The HAL 15xy series is AEC-Q100 qualified and ISO 26262 ASIL ready.Features
