TDK-Micronas HAL® 37xy Sensors

TDK-Micronas HAL® 37xy Sensors utilize proprietary 3D HAL technology, which offers improved angular performance and 30% lower angular error than the previous generation. This technology offers operation with magnetic fields down to ±20mT. These sensors measure BX, BY, and BZ magnetic field components. On-chip signal processing calculates the angle out of two of the magnetic field components and converts this value into an output signal. HAL 37xy sensors exhibit excellent drift performance over the specified temperature range. The junction temperature ranges from -40°C to +170°C. TDK-Micronas HAL 37xy Sensors also contain onboard diagnostic features that enhance fail-safe detection. Ideal applications are automotive and industrial.
