Texas Instruments AMC0x00R-Q1 Automotive Isolated Amplifier
Texas Instruments AMC0x00R-Q1 Automotive Isolated Amplifier is a precision, galvanically isolated amplifier with a ±250mV, differential input and single-ended, ratiometric output. The isolation barrier separates parts of the system operating at different common-mode voltage levels and is highly resistant to magnetic interference. This barrier is certified to provide reinforced isolation up to 5kVRMS (DWV package) and basic isolation up to 3kVRMS (D package) (60s). The AMC0x00R-Q1 isolated amplifier operates with 3V to 5.5V for the high-side (VDD1) and 3V to 5.5V for the low-side (VDD2) input voltage range. This automotive isolated amplifier is available in 8-pin wide- and narrow-body SOIC packages and is fully specified over the temperature range from -40°C to 125°C. The AMC0x00R-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Typical applications include traction inverters, onboard chargers, and DC/DC converters.
