Texas Instruments CC1101 Low-Power Sub-1GHz RF Transceivers
Texas Instruments CC1101/CC1101-Q1 Sub-1GHz RF Transceivers are designed for low-power wireless applications. The CC1101/CC1101-Q1 sub-1GHz RF transceivers are mainly intended for ISM and SRD frequency bands at 315, 433, 868, and 915MHz. However, they can easily be programmed for operation at other frequencies in the 300-348MHz, 387-464MHz, and 779-928MHz bands. These transceivers are integrated with a highly configurable baseband modem that supports various modulation formats and has a configurable data rate up to 600kbps. The CC1101-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.Features
