Torex Semiconductor XC9141 & XC9142 Step-Up DC/DC Converters
Torex Semiconductor XC9141 and XC9142 Step-Up DC/DC Converters have a built-in 0.3Ω (typical) N-channel driver and 0.3Ω (typical) synchronous P-channel switching transistors. The XC9141 and XC9142 are highly efficient and provide a stable current that can be supplied by up to 0.8A. This is achieved by reducing ON resistance of the built-in transistors. Torex Semiconductor XC9141 and XC9142can start operation under a 0.9V input voltage to generate 3.3V output voltage with a 100Ω load resistor. This makes the converters suitable for mobile equipment using only one Alkaline battery or one Nickel-metal hydride battery.Features
