Vishay / Thin Film M Series High-Reliability Thick Film Resistors

Vishay / Thin Film M Series High-Reliability Thick Film Resistors are surface-mount chip resistors with the same high reliability and stability found in military-grade resistors. The M series features wraparound terminations with a thin film adhesion layer and a leach-resistant nickel barrier layer for +150°C operating conditions. These Vishay resistors use a Ruthenium-based cermet thick film material for dependable performance. These chip resistors are available in a wide range of sizes, values, and performance characteristics. The M series is 100% electrical tested for tolerance and thermal shock and typically meets the performance requirements of MIL-PRF-55342 group A.
