Vishay Semiconductors VCNL4040 近接+周囲光完全一体型センサ
Vishay VCNL4040は、近接センサ（PS）、周囲光センサ（ALS）、ハイパワーIREDを1つの小型パッケージに統合したものです。フォトダイオード、アンプ、アナログ・デジタル変換回路をCMOSプロセスにより1つのチップに統合しています。16ビット高解像度ALSにより、暗レンズや高透過性レンズの設計にかかわらず、ほとんどの用途に対応する多彩な選択が可能な優れた検知機能を提供します。ALSとPSの両方で高・低割り込み閾値を設定し、コンポーネントで最小のマイクロコントローラのリソース数を使用するよう設定することができます。
