LTC7149には、3.4V~60Vの入力電圧範囲から動作する反転レギュレータがあります。LTC3649は入力電圧範囲が3.1V~60Vで、LTC3623およびLTC3600は作動電圧範囲が4V~15Vです。
LTC7149とLTC3649には、ピーク電流モードアーキテクチャがあり、サイクルからサイクルの固有の電流制限保護を備えた高速過渡応答が可能です。LTC3623およびLTC3600は、動作周波数は200kHz~4MHzで、降圧型比率の高いアプリケーションに最適で、独自の定オン時間アーキテクチャを備えています。
