IXYS Integrated Circuits PLA172P OptoMOS® Solid State Relays

IXYS Integrated Circuits PLA172P OptoMOS® Relays are single-pole, normally open (1-Form-A) solid-state relays. These relays provide enhanced input-to-output isolation of 5000Vrms ​using an optically coupled MOSFET technology. The PLA172P relays feature more than 6.8mm of pad-to-pad separation between the high-voltage output pins. The PLA172P series replaces electromechanical relays and provides bounce-free switching in a compact surface-mount package. The optically coupled outputs use the patented OptoMOS architecture and are controlled by a highly efficient infrared LED input. The relays offer 800VP blocking voltage, no EMI/RFI generation, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. IXYS Integrated Circuits PLA172P OptoMOS Relays are ideal for industrial controls, instrumentation, multiplexers, data acquisition, and electronic switching.
