New RF System on a Chip - SoC

Nordic Semiconductor nRF54LM20B Ultra-Low-Power Wireless SoC combines an efficient MCU with ultra-low-power wireless connectivity and offers 2MB NVM and 512KB RAM. This SoC features an extended set of peripherals, high-speed USB, and up to 66 GPIOs. Additional features include an integrated Axon NPU, which increases the speed and efficiency of on-device AI inference by up to 15 times compared to using the CPU for the same task. The Nordic nRF54LM20 B SoC supports Matter, Thread, BLUETOOTH® Low Energy, Zigbee®, and 2.4GHz proprietary protocols, providing data rates of up to 4Mbps for low-latency applications.
